Description

The project aims to modernise the compressed air infrastructure, enhance maintenance, and reduce emergency shutdown risks. C-3, operational since 2005, requires upgrades due to multiple air-end replacements, with its useful life not recommended beyond 2024. The project targets a more reliable system to ensure operational safety and minimise disruptions to refinery activities.

The consultant shall develop terms of reference outlining the design and supply of the refinery air compressors (and supporting equipment) that will form part of the procurement documents to be issued to prospective compressor manufacturers.
