Description
The purpose of this consultation is to provide support for: the establishment and monitoring of collective composting sites, training in composting practice, coordination of a network of compost referents, the production and supply of shredded material, and the management and technical maintenance of sites on the territory of Toulouse Metropole for the years 2020 to 2024. The missions are as follows: - No 1: support for the installation and monitoring of composters in collective management (at the foot of a building or in a public space/garden/educational structure), - No 2: training and coordination of a network of people who are responsible for composting operations in collective management, - No 3: technical and logistical support for the management of mixing and transferring compost in large sites and for the supply of shredded material.
