The amount of the contract, to be measured, is EUR 18 400 000,00, of which EUR 5 599 808,00 is for labour costs and EUR 900 000,00 is for non-reduced security charges, and is made up as follows: - Milan branch EUR 13 000 000,00 plus VAT,- Iseo branch EUR 4 500 000,00 plus VAT,- security charges EUR 900 000,00 plus VAT.The framework agreement provides for the simultaneous signing of a first application contract for an amount of EUR 3 843 493,40, of which EUR 1 224 607,00 is for labour costs and EUR 190 000,00 for non-reduced security charges, which is broken down as follows:1) extraordinary maintenance of civil works for buildings of EUR 1 562 800,00 of which EUR 1 200 400,00 for Milan branch and EUR 362 400,00 for Iseo branch; 2) extraordinary maintenance of civil works for GVS branch of EUR 1 415 684,90 of which EUR 1 282 339,66 for Milan branch and EUR 133 345,24 for Iseo branch;3) extraordinary maintenance of civil works section buildings of 675 008,50 EUR of which 469 636,00 EUR for Milan branch and 205 372,50 EUR for Iseo branch;4) security charges 190 000,00 EUR plus VAT.The contract is not divided into lots because we want to ensure a single standard on the entire network branch Milan and Iseo.
