The construction project is the new construction of the day care center St. Franziskus in 55413 Weiler bei Bingen.The building site is located on the northern outskirts of Weiler, in the Heilig-Kreuz-Weg opposite the elementary school Heilig-Kreuz, on a slope with a terrain slope in northwestern and northeastern direction. Access to the construction site is via the Heilig-Kreuz-Weg, as a public traffic route. The day care centre will be constructed as a predominantly single-storey and ground-level building; due to the slope, the building will have a basement in the western area - towards the Heilig-Kreuz-Weg (axes D-H/2-4), which will be accessed internally via a single flight of stairs and a wheelchair-accessible lift.The essentially L-shaped ground plan has an edge length of approx. 75m in west-east and approx. 50m in north-south direction.In the northern part of the building (axes A-B/1-7) there is a refectory with ancillary rooms and staff rooms, which is intended to serve the children of the day-care centre and the pupils of the neighbouring primary school, as well as senior citizens.The access to the kitchen is covered, including a refuse area and pallet storage.
