Germany - Complete or partial construction services in building construction as well as civil engineering works

Description

The city of Gevelsberg intends to build a new main fire station with an affiliated voluntary fire brigade as well as a youth and children's fire brigade area on an approx. 10,000 m2 site between Hagener Straße and the railway line bordered by Mühlenstraße. Furthermore, a rescue station for two RTW parking spaces including all necessary ancillary rooms will be constructed as a solitary building. The buildings have a gross floor area of approx. 6,000 m2. The subject of the construction contract to be awarded is:- approx. 6,000 m2 of land to be vacated,- approx. 2,000 m3 of fillings to be removed, removed, partly. reinstalling,- laying of ground pipes, empty pipes, shafts, and approx. 300 m of stowage canal including excavation,- approx. 4,200 m2 of asphalting work including substructure,- approx. 2,000 m2 of paving work,- bar grid fences and gate systems,- equipment and planting.
