Description

Installation of clean water tanks as well as grating and railing work (lot 1) Supply, installation, ready-for-operation assembly of a 3-street drinking water treatment plant Q total = 43 L/s (lot 2).
The service comprises 2 clean water tanks in the form of machine-welded, pickled and passivated stainless steel coiled tanks. The clean water tanks have a diameter of 4.40 m, an overall height of 8.60 m and a capacity of 122 m3 each. The installation of sealing material in or on the tank is not permitted. The stainless steel tanks shall be constructed so as to be accessible via manholes. A mechanical cleaning device shall be integrated during construction of the tanks. Factory-made tanks are preferred. In addition, grating and railing work associated with the clean water tank shall be part of the work to be performed. Treatment part: Supply, installation, ready-for-use assembly of a 3-line drinking water treatment plant (total Q = 43 L/s) with mainly: 3 high-performance aeration systems (Qwater = approx. 14.3 L/s each) for oxygen enrichment of the raw (mixed) water incl. 3 oxidation air compressors; 3 single-layer filters, stainless steel V4A (each Ø 2 400 mm, MHzyl... = 3 000 mm) for deferrisation and demanganisation; piping systems made of stainless steel V4A up to DN 250 and PE up to DA280; valve technology: including monoflange dampers with pneumatic actuators (incl. process air conditioning and storage); 1 central air filter system; 1 flushing water pump; 1 flushing air blower as well as preparation of a works schedule for the entire scope of services.
