Germany - Complete or partial construction services in building construction as well as civil engineering works

Description

The state capital Dresden, Eigenbetrieb Sportstätten is planning the conversion and expansion of the Heinz Steyer Stadium in Pieschener Allee 1, 01067 Dresden. In addition to the new construction of the south grandstand with various uses of a sporting and non-sporting nature, the planning and construction work for the outdoor facilities (interior stadium area incl. floodlight and scoreboard), the stadium forecourt / multifunctional area, the extension of the spectator curves and the traffic and media technology development are part of the service to be commissioned. The contract includes general contractor services for the above mentioned project including all necessary planning and construction services, with the aim of a turnkey and operational handover to the client (AG). The procedure will be conducted as a competitive dialogue. The central theme of the competitive dialogue is the implementation of the various user requirements. The AG sets an upper cost limit for the implementation of the project of EUR 34.14 million net.
