The subject of this award procedure is the turnkey construction of the new parts A and C of the Ernst-Mach-Gymnasium Hürth at Bonnstraße 64-66 in 50354 Hürth, ready for occupancy and operation, at the location Bonnstraße 64-66.Excluded from this are only the following services:- dismantling and removal of pollutants from building components A and C by the client,- dismantling of trees and bushes by the client, insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of the demolition measures,- interim construction measure 6 class containers on the Posthof, necessary during the construction measure Component C,- the services of the supply carriers in accordance with the defined interfaces and performance delimitations for the waste water systems between the transfer collection shaft on the school grounds and the public sewer as well as the transfer stations for the other media (in the existing building, the transfer stations are before the new ones).). Relocation of the district heating pipeline,- the loose furniture to be supplied by the client (class and differentiation areas),- beamers, data processing terminals, printers and media trolleys,- telephone systems and terminals,- central and decentral server systems, whiteboards and boards,- the area-wide W-Lan supply is carried out in agreement between the city of Hürth and the future general contractor, the procurement of the terminals (access points) is carried out by the city of Hürth. The general contractor shall supply the supply lines up to a defined handover point in the individual rooms. The contractor shall provide all planning services required following the building permit for the realisation of the project in accordance with the requirements of this contract. In particular, the contractor shall prepare the execution planning for all trades. The contractor shall base his planning on the planning documents contained in the tender documents and develop these further on his own responsibility in accordance with the service description. The planning documents contained in the tender documents have the planning depth of a draft planning, performance phase 3 in the sense of the HOAI. Based on the draft planning, the general planner commissioned by the client drew up a detailed master plan. This master detailed planning comprises detailed drawings which specify the draft planning with regard to the execution planning to be carried out by the contractor. However, it does not represent the structural details in the sense of a complete and ready for execution planning, but this is to be further developed by the contractor to such a planning. The construction work must be carried out during ongoing operation of the school on the property. The contractor must therefore ensure in particular that the operation of the school is not hindered by the construction work at any time. 2 construction stages (BA) are involved in the execution of the construction work: The first BA consists of the construction of the new building parts C1 and C2 and the redesign of part of the outdoor facilities around the two new building parts.The 2nd BA consists of the construction of the new building section A.The contracting authority provides an initial construction logistics concept with the tender documents, which is to be checked for feasibility and further developed by the bidders selected in the competition in the award procedure (award criterion). Once the project has been completed, the contractor will also be responsible for the maintenance of the technical equipment in accordance with an extended warranty period of 5 years.
