Description

The purpose of the operation covered by this contract is to improve the site's energy performance under the following minimum conditions:

- 31% gain in final energy consumption for heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning uses,
- 71% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions related to heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning uses,
- use of renewable energies (ENR) on all energy consumption at the site at a rate of 41%.
For this purpose, the contractor will be required to:
- design a global technical solution, implement it and ensure the operation and maintenance of the new or existing installations as a total guarantee,
- commit to energy performance results that are at least equal to the above minimums,
- commit to efficient results in terms of service quality.
