Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of uniforms and equipment for WS and ŻW within the scope of 4 tasks: - task no. 1: WS's camouflage exercise suit, - task no. 2: a chimney sweep made of melt resistant knitted fabric WS, - task no. 3: mountain boots, - task no. 4: special summer boots WS.The supplier's quality management system must meet the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The subject of the contract will be subject to quality supervision carried out by RPW in accordance with AQAP 2131. The subject of the contract is covered by barcode marking.
The subject of the contract within the scope of task no. 1 is the delivery of: WS camouflaged exercise suit - in quantity: 4 720 cpl.2The contract shall be performed on time according to the offer of the Contractor selected to perform the contract (the performance date is one of the offer evaluation criteria): from the day of signing the contract - to 31.10.2020 or to 16.11.2020 or to 30.11.2020.3. In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority shall request the Economic Operator whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:- test results (with the date of issue later than the date of WTU approval) of the basic fabric confirmed by an accredited laboratory confirming the requirements included in table A1; A2 and declarations of conformity of parameters of the offered product with the entries included in WTU 117/DKWS,- pattern of one set of WS exercise suit in camouflage in size M/R sweatshirt and trousers 32/Regular. The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 2 is the delivery of: chimney sweepers made of WS - in quantity: 600 pcs.2The contract shall be executed on time according to the offer of the Contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria): from the day of signing the contract - to 31.10.2020 or to 16.11.2020 or to 30.11.2020.3. In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority shall request the Economic Operator whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:- test results (with the date of issue later than the date of WTU approval) of the basic knitted material confirmed by an accredited laboratory confirming the requirements contained in point VI, table 2-9 and statements on the conformity of the parameters of the offered product with the entries contained in WTU 72/DKWS, - model of one piece of chimney sweep made of melt resistant knitted material WS in size L. The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 3 is the delivery of: mountain boots - in quantity: 700 par.2The contract shall be executed within the time limit as offered by the Contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria): from the day of signing the contract - to 31.10.2020 or to 16.11.2020 or to 30.11.2020.3. In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority shall request the Economic Operator whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:- test results (with the date of issue later than the date of WTU approval) of the basic fabric confirmed by an accredited laboratory stating the requirements contained in tables no. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and a declaration of compliance of the parameters of the offered product with the entries contained in WTU 88/DKWS,- pattern of one pair of WS size 8 (UK) mountain boots together with the longitudinal section of the footwear. The subject of the order within the scope of task no. 4 is the delivery of: special summer shoes WS - in quantity: 1 330 par.2The contract shall be executed on time according to the offer of the Contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria): from the day of signing the contract - to 31.10.2020 or to 16.11.2020 or to 30.11.2020.3. In order to confirm that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority shall request the Economic Operator whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:- test results (with the date of issue later than the date of WTU approval) of the basic fabric confirmed by an accredited laboratory confirming the requirements contained in point 2 and table no. 1 and a declaration of compliance of the offered product parameters with the provisions contained in WTU 114/DKWS,- pattern of one pair of WS size 8 (UK) special summer boots together with longitudinal section of the footwear.
