Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery in the years 2020-2022 of uniform and outfit items - summer field uniforms, case no. 13/2020. The subject of the contract has been divided into 5 tasks.2 Under the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to produce summer field uniforms and deliver them to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority.3.Subjects of the order must be manufactured according to the requirements specified in Military Technical-Technical Documentation (WDTT) 124L/MON and Technical Conditions (WT US-23), must be brand new and must originate from current production (from a given year of planned delivery). In relation to deliveries realized in the years 2021-2022, delivery in the first quarter from the production from the previous year is allowed.4.Acquisition of fabric, cutting, sewing and delivery of the subject of the contract must be realized in the Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area or a country with which the European Union or the Republic of Poland concluded an international agreement concerning these contracts - within the framework of security of supply.5.the contractor's quality management system must meet the requirements contained in AQAP 2110 edition D version 1. The subject of the contract as well as the process of manufacturing summer field uniforms will be subject to acceptance of RPW.6At the second stage of the procedure, the Contracting Authority will require contractors to submit a tender to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority with respect to the subject matter of the contract, i.e.: summer field uniforms - a current certificate certifying the possession of the company model of summer field uniform in accordance with WDTT 124L/MON and PUiW model (with the date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 124L/MON by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Service) issued by an entity authorized to quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź). The above document confirms that the subject matter of the contract offered corresponds to the technical specifications specified by the contracting authority.7 In the second stage of the procedure, the contractor will declare the execution of the contract in one of the three variants of the contract completion dates, but not later than: - in the year 2020 - according to the delivery schedule, not later than 30.11.2020; - in the year 2021 - according to the delivery schedule, not later than 30.9.2021; - in the year 2022 - according to the delivery schedule, not later than 30.9.2022.
