Description

1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: A) collection and management of the following types of waste: 1) from inhabited real estate: - unsorted (mixed) municipal waste of code 20 03 01,- segregated municipal waste divided into the following fractions: - paper and cardboard,- metal, plastics, multi-material packaging (dry waste),- glass (colourless and colourless),- biodegradable waste and green waste;2) from uninhabited real estate:a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01,b) segregated municipal waste divided into the following fractions: - paper and cardboard,- metal, plastics, multi-material packaging (dry waste),- glass (colourless and coloured),- biodegradable waste and green waste;3) from the Selective Urban Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) other municipal waste:- out of date medicines code 20 01 32,- waste batteries and accumulators code 20 01 34,- waste electrical and electronic equipment code 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36,- bulky waste code 20 03 07,- construction and demolition waste code 20 03 07,- construction and demolition waste code 17,- waste tyres (bicycle, motorcycle, wheelchair, motorcycle, motorcycle and vehicle) up to 3.5 tonnes gross weight, Other hazardous waste (paint, varnish, paint residues, impregnates, mineral and synthetic oils, petrol, plant protection product packaging, fertiliser packaging, aerosol packaging),- incandescent, halogen and fluorescent lamps,- Ashes,-Segregated municipal waste broken down into the following fractions into the following fractions: - Ash,-Segregated municipal waste with a breakdown into the following fractions: -Union waste (paint, paint residue, impregnants, mineral and synthetic oils, petrol, pesticide and fertiliser packaging, aerosol packaging),-Glower, halogen and fluorescent lamps,-Ashes,-Segregated municipal waste with a breakdown into the following fractions- paper and cardboard (packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard),- metals and plastics (packaging waste from metals, plastics and packaging waste from plastics and multi-material packaging),- glass (colourless and coloured),- biodegradable waste and green waste;3) out-of-date medicines of code 20 01 32 - list of points:- 3 pharmacies in Pajęczno (collected at least once a quarter or according to the Ordering Party's notification); B) equipment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).1) within the framework of the order, the Contractor shall equip the PSZOK in containers and operate the PSZOK in a place designated by the Contracting Authority;2) PSZOK shall be equipped by the Contractor with appropriate containers so as to ensure proper waste segregation in accordance with the resolution of the Town Council in Pajęczno on the detailed manner and scope of rendering services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in the area of the Commune of Pajęczno and waste management, in exchange for the real estate owner's payment for municipal waste management and the resolution of the City Council in Pajęczno on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pajęczno Commune on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pajęczno Commune - Annex No. 9 to the ToR. The size of the containers should be adjusted to the amount of waste transferred by the residents and the frequency of waste collection in accordance with the Purchaser's guidelines. Containers should be closed or protected against falling out of waste;3) The Contractor is responsible for keeping the PSZOK area and its surroundings clean and tidy;4) The PSZOK shall collect waste from residents from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The PSZOK shall collect waste from the residents of the PSZOK area from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 0800 13:00;5) residents may hand over waste to PSZOK in accordance with the resolution of the Town Council in Pajęczno on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Pajęczno and the resolution of the Town Council in Pajęczno on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in the commune of Pajęc...
