Chile - Collection service for recovery orders issued by the Maritime authority through an online and face-to-face payment portal

Description

The Directorate General of the Maritime Territory and Merchant Marine, hereinafter DIRECTEMAR, calls for public tenders to hire the Service of Collection of Revenue Orders issued by the Maritime Authority, through a portal of Online and Onsite Payments. In this regard, the entity awarded undertakes to collect the revenue orders issued by DIRECTEMAR, through multichannel online and face to face throughout the country, in local currency for a period of two years.
Due to the fact that this Directorate General, having the permanent need to have the service of collecting revenue orders from the Navigation Law, at the time of implementing the service and the resources involved, it is necessary that this contract has the option of renewal for once and for the same period, under the same terms, requirements and conditions that are included in these bidding bases, in accordance with Article 12 of the Regulation of Law No. 19,886 on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Rendering of Services.
This renewal shall be subject to the approval of the respective budget and prior agreement between the parties.
