Personnel development (PE) increasingly integrates the instrument of individual support (coaching, team development, supervision) in management and team development. PE uses external and internal coaches for this purpose. Since the framework contract of the existing external coach pool for lower and middle management has expired, we are putting the external coach out to tender again by way of an open house procedure.***In the Munich Clinic, coaching is understood as individual, time-limited, dialogical process support with regard to the professional goals of the person seeking advice (coachee). The Munich Clinic trusts in the potentials of the employees and in the fact that these potentials are awakened or developed through coaching. Coaching promotes leadership and personal competence as well as team spirit, is voluntary, self-determined and the goals and contents are confidential. Coaching at the Munich Clinic is distinct from consulting and training. Supervision is also provided as part of an act of entrustment. It is expected that coaches, especially in team coaching, are familiar with accompanying change processes ***Individual and team coaching measures arise from a concrete cause. The goals are to clarify the relationships of the team members to each other or to clarify the role of the manager in the team, to reflect on one's own basic attitudes and to work out possible courses of action together. The goal of supervision measures is to reflect on existing workloads together and over the long term, involving external and professional providers in a moderated dialog, and to work on mechanisms for coping with them. The regular and structured implementation of supervision in the nursing sector is intended to help the entire team to remain healthy in a demanding and often stressful everyday professional life and thus contribute to ensuring the provision of nursing care in the hospital in line with requirements.***The Contractor (Contractor) shall provide the following services:- Implementation of individual and team coaching - sessions on the premises of München Klinik gGmbH according to individual assignment.
