Description

Within the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the internal Personnel and Organizational Development (POE) department identifies the general and strategic needs of DLR and advises internal stakeholders as to which measures and interventions are appropriate. As a rule, external providers are commissioned to implement such measures.The subject of the service is the awarding of training services in project management within the framework of an open-house model with the aim of forming a pool. If the requirements regarding suitability and qualification (see award documents) are fulfilled, inclusion in the project management POE pool takes place. From this POE pool Project Management, Human Resources Development selects suitable course leaders for specific topics on a case-by-case basis during the entire term (up to four years) to conduct training in the form of individual assignments. The number of services to be commissioned is not binding and is subject to annual fluctuations. Upon acceptance into the pool, each provider receives a corresponding lot-based framework agreement (up to four years). Admission does not constitute a claim to a specific minimum order size or minimum order volume for the provider.Training services are divided into five lots based on subject matter, depending on qualification requirements. Providers may apply for one, multiple, or all lots. The decision to approve for multiple lots is made by Human Resources Development based on the provider's qualification credentials. Administrative processing of the training program is done through an automated learning management system.The contract term in the Open House begins on the date of acceptance into the Project Management POE pool (February 2023 at the earliest). Contract end date for all contracts is Jan. 31, 2026.
Training in basic topics of general project management, including but not limited to:- Basic/advanced project management training- Project management compact training (35-hour training as a basis for PMI certifications)- Project management for team assistance Training in agile project management/agile product development, including but not limited to:- Scrum- Kanban Training in model-based systems engineering, including but not limited to. Systems Engineering- ECSS in Systems Engineering for the further education fall under the special topics of project management, among others- PMP certification preparation- Risk management- Requirements management- Multi-project management- Portfolio management Training in the special area of project management: third-party funding acquisition / funding acquisition, among others- Scientific application in contact with third-party funding acquisition- National applications / EU applications
