Established in 1994, Clúid leads the way in providing high quality, affordable rented homes to people in housing need. Clúid own and manage over 11,500 properties providing a home to over 28,000 people. Further details on the organisation and its services are available at www.cluid.ie About the Panel for Valuation Services: The Government policy statement on housing sets out a growing role for housing associations in the delivery of social housing.  To underpin Clúid’s development programme, Clúid will need to ensure that the appraisal of the feasibility of schemes is based on accurate assessments of the purchase price of the units proposed to be acquired and also the rental income that these units could expect to generate should they be offered to the market.  The objective of having a third-party valuation report is to give Clúid, our funders and Board Members surety and confidence in the market value of that property, based on an independent and professionally competent expert advice. The panel will be operated via our supplier portal hosted by SourceDogg.  Further details about the panel, the qualification requirements and the application form can be found by here https://secure.sourcedogg.com Please note: Cluid’s existing 2022 Valuer’s panel will remain operational for 30 days following the notification to advertise the new panel. There will be a short period of time where the previous and new panel will be operational concurrently. However, after 31st March 2024 the previously established Valuer’s panel will be terminated and will no longer be operational.
