Description
The need to acquire "CLOTHING FOR PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICIALS, PLUS EMBROIDERIES", according to purchase orders No. 6324 and 6325 dated February 27, 2024, requested by Public Safety Directorate;
The administrative bases and technical terms for the proposal and call for bids.
The provisions of Law No. 19,886 on Administrative Contracts for the supply and provision of services and its Regulations contained in Decree No. 250 of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance and its subsequent amendments.
Mayor's Decree No. 4717, dated November 20, 2023, which delegates subrogation of the office of the Mayor;
The powers granted to me by Law Nº 18.695, of 1988, Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities and its amendments.
