Description

Housekeeping of premises and cleaning of glass facades, using refillable cleaning, disinfecting and maintenance products provided by the service provider, and supply of sanitary facilities with consumables from the UIOSS du Var high-rise building. Plans to relocate the organizations occupying the building (CPAM, CAF, URSSAF) are currently underway. As part of the phased relocation scheduled to take place between the second half of 2024 and the second half of 2025 (provisional timetable not yet finalized and non-contractual), it will be the contractor's responsibility to carry out, once a week, all the tasks required to maintain hygiene and cleanliness (floors, maintenance of sanitary facilities), in place of the daily cleaning of the floors which will then be unoccupied.
