Description

The subject of the contract is to provide services in Poznań, Kościuszki Street: providing services of maintaining cleanliness of internal surfaces in buildings whose premises are located, among others, in safety zones and external areas. The Ordering Party does not allow for submitting partial offers. A detailed description of the contract is included in Annex 7 - Description of the subject of the contract, No. 8 - Technical Specification of execution and acceptance of works and in the draft contract, Annex 7 - Technical Specification of execution and acceptance of works and in the draft contract, Annex 8 - Technical Specification of execution and acceptance of works. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to art. 29 item 3a of the PPL Act, requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, during the performance of the subject matter of the contract, on the basis of a contract of employment, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108 as amended), i.e. persons directly involved in the works of maintaining cleanliness of internal and external surfaces. The Ordering Party does not specify the size of the post. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding contracts referred to in art. 131 h section 6 item 5 of the PPL Act. The Contractor whose tender will be considered the most advantageous will be required to provide a performance bond equal to 2% of the gross price specified in the tender. Due to the specificity of the subject matter of the contract, the Awarding Entity requires that the Subcontractor and the persons providing the service under the sub-contracting, have the required powers and characteristics compliant with the requirements and description included in this notice and in the ToR specified for the Contractor.12 The Contractor in the fields of defence and security may apply for a contract in the fields of defence and security, if it is based or resides in one of the member states of the European Union, European Economic Area or a country with which the European Union or the Republic of Poland has concluded an international agreement concerning these contracts.13The Awarding Entity may invalidate the contract award procedure if the funds from the budget which the Awarding Entity intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice.
