Description
Each lot will be awarded separately.The contract may be renewed in accordance with the terms of the specifications.The services will be provided on the basis of unit prices and lump-sum payments.Lot No. 2, Buildings other than the Louviers town hall and archives, was awarded during a previous consultation.In accordance with the rules (Articles L. 1224-1 of the French Labor Code) and with the practices of the profession (Appendix 7 of the Collective Agreement for Cleaning Companies), the service provider is required to take over the personnel of the company that previously provided the services
