Description

Comprehensive professional cleaning in the sports hall building from January 1, 2022 to January 2, 2023. The Contractor shall use its own professional machines and equipment, as well as its own chemicals, chemical washing, cleaning, maintenance and fragrance. Cleaning on all days of the week and selected holidays.
Comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in a continuous, efficient and timely manner with the use of own professional machines and equipment by the Contractor, as well as own chemical agents, preservatives and scents, biologically neutral, with appropriate approvals and permits for their use in Poland. Due to the nature of the facility, cleaning is performed in a continuous system, which consists of working hours: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. - on Saturdays and Sundays, on holidays, on which the Hall will be available for use in each established hour (anticipated 2-3 during the term of the contract). The Hala facility hosts sporting and non-sporting events, which may end during the night hours, therefore cleaning after them may also take place during the night hours. The Contracting Authority requires, pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, that the Contractor (including Subcontractors) employs, on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), all persons performing, within the scope of this contract, dependent activities directly related to the performance of cleaning services. Details concerning employment have been included in the Terms of Reference - Section II of the ToR and in the model agreement - Section III of the ToR. A detailed description of the scope of services has been included in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Division II of the SWZ.
