Description

The subject of the contract is the successive provision of cleaning services in the buildings of the Wrocław University of Life Sciences and on external areas - divided into 3 parts: Part 1 - in the buildings of the Wrocław University of Life Sciences at 1 Kożuchowska Street (building E-1), 5B Kożuchowska Street (building E-2), ul. Kożuchowska 5 (building E-3), Kożuchowska 7A (building E-4), Kożuchowska 7 (building E-5), Kożuchowska 5A (building E-6), Chełmońskiego 38D (building E-11), Chełmońskiego 38C (building E-12), Chełmońskiego 38E (building E-13), and on the outside; Part 2 - in the buildings of the Agricultural Engineering Institute: F-1, F-3 (Centre for Renewable Energy Sources), F-6 and F-8 (Bioengineering Centre) at 37B Chełmońskiego St.; Part 3 - in construction. Geo-Info-Hydro Center of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy, 55 Grunwaldzka Street and in the premises of the University of Life Sciences Publishing House, 23 Sopocka Street.
Successive provision of cleaning services in the buildings of the Wrocław University of Life Sciences at 1 Kożuchowska Street (building E-1), 5B Kożuchowska Street (building E-2), 5 Kożuchowska Street (building E-3), 7A Kożuchowska Street (building E-4), 7 Kożuchowska Street (building E-5), 5A Kożuchowska Street (building E-6), 38D Chełmońskiego Street (building E-11), ul. Chełmońskiego 38C (building E-12), Chełmońskiego 38E (building E-13) and on the external premises. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the specification of essential terms of contract: no. 5a - model contract and in annexes no. 7a-b description of the subject of the contract (description of the area to be cleaned). Successive provision of cleaning services in the buildings of the Institute of Agricultural Engineering: F-1, F-3 (Renewable Energy Centre), F-6 and F-8 (Bioengineering Centre) of the Wrocław University of Life Sciences at 37B Chełmońskiego Street. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in appendices to the specification of essential conditions of the contract: no. 5b - model contract and in appendices no. 7c - description of the subject matter of the contract (description of the area to be cleaned). Successive provision of cleaning services in the building of the Geo-Info-Hydro Centre of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy of the Wrocław University of Life Sciences, ul. Grunwaldzka 55 and in the premises of the University of Life Sciences Publishing House, ul. Sopocka 23.
