Description

The subject of the order is comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the premises of the Capitol Musical Theater in Wroclaw at 67 Pilsudskiego Street, in the hotel apartment located in Wroclaw at 1/6 Rejtana Street, as well as cleaning of the property around the buildings of the Theater. The subject of the order was divided into two Tasks, i.e.: Task No. 1 - The service of comprehensive cleaning of the premises in the buildings of the Capitol Musical Theatre in Wroclaw at 67 Piłsudskiego Street and cleaning of the property around the Theatre buildings: - The total area covered by cleaning is 15,162.31 m2 including: a) Internal area covered by daily cleaning: 8,264.86 m2 b) Interior area covered by cleaning 3 times a week: 2,277.05 m2 c) Interior area covered by ad hoc cleaning: 2,911.20 m2 d) Area of outdoor and indoor areas: 1 709,20 m2. Task No. 2 - Comprehensive cleaning service of rooms in the hotel apartment located in Wrocław at Rejtana 1/6 Street with a total area of 164 m2. GENERAL NOTES for each of the two Tasks: The Contractor will carry out the subject of the order using his own equipment, materials and transport. Detailed terms and conditions for the execution of the order have been specified in the Model Contracts, constituting Attachment No. 9 to the SWZ (Task No. 1) and Attachment No. 10 to the SWZ (Task No. 2), as well as the attachments to them indicated below. The detailed scope of work and frequency of performance for individual Tasks are contained in the Terms of Reference, which are annexes to the above-mentioned Model Agreements.

Detailed terms and conditions for the execution of the order are set forth in the model contract, which is attached as Appendix 9 to the SWZ and in the Terms of Reference. Detailed terms and conditions of the contract execution are set forth in the model contract, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ and the OPZ.
