Description
PART I: a) The cleaning service shall include municipal buildings and grounds located in Gdynia (full location is included in the attachment to the SWZ). b) The cleaning service must be continuous in nature, ensuring the maintenance of permanent cleanliness of all premises, communal areas provided for cleaning as described in the annexes for each area of Part I of the proceedings.PART II: a) The service consisting in maintenance of cleanliness in the Complex of Municipal Market Halls in Gdynia, hereinafter referred to as ZMHT or the Facility.b) The service that is the subject of the contract must be continuous in nature, ensuring the maintenance of permanent cleanliness in the place of cleaning indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.2.The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements for the subject matter of the contract for Part I and Part II are included in the Terms of Reference (ToR) with the annexes to the ToR constituting Attachment No. 3 and Attachment No. 4, respectively.
The details and requirements for the performance of the subject matter of the contract are for Part I of the proceedings. The cleaning service must be continuous in nature, ensuring the maintenance of permanent cleanliness of all premises and communal areas to be cleaned, as described in the annexes for each area of Part 1 of the proceedings.The scope of the subject of the contract (size) is specified in the annexes for each area of Part 1 of the proceedings, respectively.2.As part of the maintenance of cleanliness in the building, the Contractor's duties include: a)constant and ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness in the common parts of the building (including. staircases, building entrances, attics, basement corridors, laundry rooms, dryers, carts, water meter rooms);b)the duty of sweeping staircases 3 (three) times a week ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday), removing dust from window sills, railings, radiators and mail, electric and gas boxes, removing advertisements from bulletin boards;c)washing of staircases (floors, landings and stair treads, handrails), corridors, 2 (two) times a week ( Monday, Friday ) or each time when the floor is significantly soiled caused by, for example. breaking a dish with liquid, contamination by animals, as well as atmospheric conditions; d)maintaining cleanliness (washing) of lamellas and doors to common use rooms as needed;e)washing windows in stairwells and common use rooms -() times a year. Deadline for completion of the task once per ...(according to the terms of participation in the proceedings). The Contractor is obliged to notify the Contracting Authority of the completion of the service for a given building no later than 2 days after its completion;f)sweeping of common-use rooms 2 (two) times per month (the first and third week of the month ), (attics, laundry rooms, drying rooms, carts, basement corridors) or each time when the floor is significantly soiled caused by, for example. for example, the breaking of a vessel with liquid, contamination by animals, as well as atmospheric conditions; g)keeping the skylights clean;h)In a situation where the schedule of work falls on a public holiday, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the subject of the contract on the first working day falling after the holiday. 3.As part of the maintenance of the cleanliness of outdoor paved and unpaved areas, the Contractor's responsibilities include: (a)regular cleaning of the building surroundings - sidewalks, access to the building, garbage cans, lawns, yards, playgrounds, cleaning of street curbs (according to the attached schedule); (b)emptying trash garbage cans 3 (three ) times a week if they occur in a given location; (c)maintaining cleanliness of benches, arbors, bicycle racks, sandboxes and recreational equipment for children (swings, weights, rockers, etc.) if they occur in a given location.d)removal of snow, ice and mud from sidewalks, access roads to buildings and garbage cans, as well as the location of sewer manholes, storm drain grates, water and gas gates; removal of slipperiness by sprinkling sand (sand is provided by the Contractor). The above activities should be carried out daily until hrs. 7:00 a.m. and systematically throughout the day depending on weather conditions on working days as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;e)maintenance of lawns, flowerbeds and plantings in accordance with gardening practice:-cleaning and digging of curbs and lawn edging;-raking leaves and loading them into bags to be provided by the Employer;-cleaning sidewalks, building bands, edging and curbs of plants;-maintenance of flowerbeds and public gardens;-these activities will take place as required.The entire description concerning the execution of the order is contained in the OPZ - Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ and in the TI for Part I - Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Place of execution of the subject of the order: Complex of Municipal Market Halls in Gdynia (i.e. Arch Hall, Flat Hall, Fish Hall and covered Market Square) together with the adjacent area, including parking lots, covering plots of land numbered 990, 984. 985, 986, 987, 988, 989 (precinct 0026 Śródmieście), entered in the Land and Mortgage Register with KW number GD1Y/00005112/1.The service consists of continuous maintenance of the ZMHT inside and outside in an efficient, thorough and timely manner using: materials and agents with a non-destructive effect on the cleaned elements, techniques, professional equipment appropriate to the type of work and surface guaranteeing high quality of services provided.The pavilions located in the Arch and Flat Hall and the Market Square trade in various general and industrial goods, vegetables, fruits, flowers, seedlings, meat, cured meats, dairy products, clothing, footwear, souvenirs, newspapers, alcohol, furniture and other goods. Entertainment and educational services are also provided. Only trade in fish and fish products is carried out in the Fish Hall. It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain order and cleanliness throughout the Facility in the halls and the adjacent area.The subject property is developed with a complex of Market Halls (2 enclosed structures) and a covered Market Square. The Property consists of the Flat Hall and the Arch Hall (1 object), the Fish Hall (1 object) and in the covered Market Square (open object) where there are commercial boxes and commercial benches, an office room of the ZMHT in Gdynia (17.00 m2 Arch Hall), 2 security rooms (in the Flat Hall, the Arch Hall and a container in the Market Square) and 3 freight elevators. In addition, the ZMHT has W.C. rooms for the needs of cubicle tenants (in the basement of the Flat Hall and the Arch Hall, in the Fish Hall and in the Market Square).The Flat Hall and the Arch Hall, as well as the covered Market Square, are open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Fish Hall, is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Details and requirements for the execution of the subject of the contract are contained in the Terms of Reference for Part II - Attachment No. 4 to the SWZ and in the TI for Part II - Attachment No. 6 to the SWZ.
