Description

The subject of the contract is: cleaning services for buildings and maintenance of cleanliness in the external areas of the Units belonging to the Chamber of Fiscal Administration in Zielona Gora in the years 2024-2025. Provision of the service consists, among other things, in comprehensive cleaning of office premises, common areas, sanitary facilities, kitchen annexes, archive rooms, etc. along with the supply of cleaning and hygiene products for the Contracting Authority, maintenance of cleanliness around buildings, parking lots, traffic routes (including sidewalks, access roads), as well as snow removal and ice removal during the winter period. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order (OPZ) is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.The terms and conditions for the execution of the subject matter of the order are contained in the Draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.

The conditions for the Employer's exercise of the right of option are set out in § 2 of the model contract - constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
