Description

The municipal authority wishes to fulfill its legal obligation by removing vehicles and objects from the public road that are in violation of the law (General Local Ordinance) there.The provision of services by order of the Municipality in the context of the application of administrative coercion by or on behalf of the municipal authority to remove vehicles and objects on, to, in or above the public road within the agreed period (within 24 hours) and then to preserve and, if necessary, to recycle or refurbish and, if necessary, to destroy them.
The Municipality intends to fulfill its legal obligation by removing vehicles and objects from public roads that are located there in violation of the law (General Local Regulation). The provision of services under the order of the Municipality in the context of the application of administrative coercion by or on behalf of the Municipality to remove vehicles and objects on, to, in or above the public road within the agreed period (within 24 hours) and then to preserve and if necessary to recycle or refurbish and if necessary to destroy them.
