IMS employees and other Swiss Post units require various cleaning products, the tender includes the purchase of the following items (including accessories): - cleaning products,- cleaning equipment & textiles,- cleaning machines,- cleaning machines,- services included in the purchase price:- delivery,- instructions & advice about cleaning products, equipment, textiles & machines (on request),- repair service during the warranty period, except spare parts,- support services (p. e. g. helpdesk),- connection to the Post Office's e-procurement system & update of the product catalogue,- assembly & installation of e. g. dosing systems (if required),- services according to actual costs:- repair service after the warranty period has expired,- user training & courses for employees if necessary,- other information available in the tender documents.
