The city of Karlsruhe awards cleaning services for 2 objects in 3 lots:- Lot 1: Federbach school, maintenance cleaning, basic cleaning and district representation,- Lot 2: Blücherstraße day care centre, maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning,- Lot 3: Glass cleaning Federbach school and Blücherstraße day care centre.
The city assigns the contractor the proper, professional and timely execution:- of the maintenance cleaning (including cleaning of the representative areas),- of the basic cleaning for the cleaning object Federbachschule, Pfarrstraße 51, 76189 Karlsruhe.scope:- maintenance cleaning for 889.81 sqm on 187 days/year,- basic cleaning for 1 904.04 sqm once a year (depending on requirements),- district representation for 153.48 sqm on 40 days/year. The city of Karlsruhe assigns the contractor with the proper, professional and timely execution of:- maintenance cleaning,- basic cleaning for the cleaning object day-care centre, Bllücherstraße 23 a, 76135 Karlsruhe.scope:- maintenance cleaning for 883.07 sqm on 187 days/year,- basic cleaning for 886.95 sqm once a year (as required). The city of Karlsruhe assigns to the contractor the proper, professional and timely execution of glass cleaning for the cleaning objects:- Federbachschule, Pfarrstraße 51, 76189 Karlsruhe,- Kindertagesstätte, Bllücherstraße 23 a, 76135 Karlsruhe.Scope:- Federbachschule: glass cleaning without frame for 232.36 sqm once a year (as required) and glass cleaning with frame for 232.36 sqm once a year (as required),- Kita Blücherstraße: glass cleaning without frame for 500.17 sqm once a year (as required) and glass cleaning with frame for 500.17 sqm once a year (as required).
