Description

The purpose of this bid is to contract a natural or legal person to execute the civil and landscaping works for the improvement of the Arthur Conan Doyle Plaza, located in the district of Vitacura, between Arthur Conan Doyle and Mark Twain Streets. The works to be executed correspond to new layouts and circulations, new pavements, adaptation of existing infrastructure and facilities, incorporation of new furniture equipment, benches, fences and the incorporation of new landscaping of ecosystemic character and low water requirement, with its respective irrigation, in a total area to intervene of approximately 3,485 m2. The bidder must consider in its proposal the works, the supply and installation of all new and first quality materials and supplies, as well as the equipment and tools, all certified and in good condition, and the necessary implements for the correct execution of the works.
