The city of Pinneberg is planning the construction of a new school building for the Thesdorf elementary school in Pinneberg. Part of the existing building along Pestalozzistrasse is to be replaced by the new building. The new building is divided into a 3-story (1st phase) and a 2-story (2nd phase) building section with an entrance area in between. The 2-storey refectory will have a surrounding gallery. The sustainable building design is based on the motto "School is a role model", which is why sustainable materials are also used and the flat roofs are greened.The guidelines for sustainable building of the federal government must be observed.
