Description

The subject matter of the contract is to develop design documentation in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, the current state of technical knowledge and in accordance with the applicable laws and to obtain, on the basis of this documentation, the final decision on the building permit or a document enabling the Contracting Authority to carry out the investment task entitled "Rokietnica River - reconstruction of the riverbed together with the transport and water structures in km 0+000-14+890, area. The Contractor shall apply for and obtain, on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, administrative decisions, opinions, arrangements as well as other documents necessary to obtain the final decision on the building permit or a document enabling the execution of the sentence. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 3 to the ToR.
The design documentation concerns the dismantling of bridges and the site of culverts, dismantling of culverts and construction of new ones, enclosure of fords, river desludging along the entire section, establishing the longitudinal slope of the river with reinforcement of slopes and the river bed.The reconstruction of the structure consists in: - dismantling of structural elements of destroyed communication structures (culverts, bridges) - execution of new structural elements of communication structures in places of the existing locations with reinforcement of the lower and upper stands and other elements necessary to operate the structure.Rebuilding of the Rokietnica riverbed consists in: - clearing the bottom in accordance with the designed slopes - spreading the excavated material after clearing - slope profiling - strengthening of the slope foot with fascine silt - planting of mixed grass slope - land development along the river. Scope of design worksDocumentation should include: 1. Development (for the investor) of an application for a decision on environmental conditions of the investment.2Elaboration (for the investor) of the application for issuing a decision on land development and land use conditions.3.Inventory of the condition of the existing riverbed - natural measurements with detailed description of the technical condition of damming structures, drainage facilities, passage structures.5.Preparation of the project of works technology - reconstruction of bridges and culverts.8. Preparation of the project of traffic organization including traffic analysis of the route for the time of construction for traffic structures.9.Preparation of the construction design and the executive design together with obtaining the building permit decision and exercising author's supervision.12 Preparation of the works' schedule.13 Preparation of the investor's cost estimate.14 Information of the BIOZ.15 Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works.15 Documentation requirements The Contractor shall also be obliged to:1.Transfer a set of copyrights to the Contracting Authority.2.The design and cost estimate documentation should include all additional works related to the above mentioned scope affecting the execution of the project.The documentation should include:1) Construction design - 4 copies of the paper version and 2 copies of the CD version,2) Executive design - 4 copies of the paper version and 2 copies of the CD version,3) Water law operator - 4 copies. paper version and 2 copies of the version on CD,4) Size of works - 4 copies of the paper version and 2 copies of the version on CD,5) Investor's cost estimate - 4 copies of the paper version and 2 copies of the version on CD,6) Technical specifications - 4 copies of the paper version and 2 copies of the version on CD,7) Geotechnical tests with geotechnical opinion (Geotechnical Project if necessary) - 4 cpl.8) Map for design purposes - to the extent necessary - pcs. 4.All documentation shall additionally be made in electronic form on CDs or DVDs in the form of *.jpg or *.pdf files, and an editable version (Word, Excel, dwg, ATH) - 2 CD. The documentation submitted in electronic form shall be identical with the printed version. The electronic version must be able to read files in the following programs: Adobe Reader - the whole documentation (extension .pdf) + drawings in .dwg, pdf,MS WORD format - complete technical descriptions, instructions and STWiORB (extension .doc)NORMA PRO - investor's cost estimate, subdimensions (extension. kst, ath, pdf). Due to the limited number of characters, further description is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR.
