"Development of design documentation with division into 2 tasks:1. Task No. 1 - Design documentation for the construction of the pavement within DP2151K in Wola Zachariaszowska, section 2+881÷3+407".1a. Material scope: Developing design documentation for the reconstruction of the district road No. 2151K with a length of about 526.0 m in Wola Zachariaszowska along with marking out the boundaries of the road lane.2 Task No. 2 - "Design documentation for the reconstruction of the district road No. 2144K in Narama".2a. Material scope: Development of the design documentation for the reconstruction of the district road No. 2144K with a length of about 1,120 km in Narama together with delimitation of the road lane borders.
Object of the contract: Development of the design documentation for the reconstruction of the pavement within DP2151K in Wola Zachariaszowska, section 2+881÷3+407".2. Garliczka - Słowiańska - Radosna Street), to the existing bridge structure on Garliczka stream, section in km 2+881÷2+946, approx. 65m; b) construction of a footbridge on Garliczka stream, section in km 2+946÷2+970, approx. 24m; c) reconstruction of the side roadside at the section from the existing bridge on Garliczka stream to the beginning of the existing roadway frame with a curb, section in km 2+970÷3+135, approx. 165m; d) reconstruction of the paved roadside at the section from the existing roadway frame with a curbstone to the end of the scope of works, i.e. the existing pedestrian route made of concrete cobblestones, section in km 3+135÷3+407, approx. 272m.e) widening of the roadway:f) designing new layers of surface structure in places where it will be necessary;g) construction of a pavement together with drainage and reconstruction of exits;h) reconstruction of intersections;i) reconstruction of street lighting;j) reconstruction of colliding land utilities;k) separating the necessary ground for the execution of the task (if necessary);l) obtaining appropriate agreements and relevant administrative decisions required by the construction law.2The scope is presented in the graphic attachment.3. For the whole task, the road lane boundaries should be determined as of December 31, 19984.The Contracting Authority allows for the division of individual tasks according to the procedure allowing for the execution of the task according to the scheme:a) the scope of the task to be executed within the framework of the notification of construction works that do not require a building permit, together with the obtained administrative arrangements and decisions, a certificate of effective acceptance of the notification and a written statement that it is executed in accordance with the agreement, applicable regulations and standards and that it is issued in a complete state from the point of view of the purpose it is to serve; b) the remaining scope together with the appropriate final administrative decision allowing for the execution of the road investment.3Parameters:1. elements of reconstructed county roads should be designed in accordance with the applicable regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of March 2, 1999 on technical conditions to be met by roads and their location for a Z class road. In case it is not possible to build a pavement of the recommended width, the Ordering Party allows for local restrictions in accordance with applicable regulations;2. technical parameters of the subject of the contract: a. technical class - road class "Z";b. allowable axle load of the vehicle - 115 kN/ośc. traffic category - KR3;d. width of roadways, roadsides and sidewalks: in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 2 March 1999 on technical conditions to be met by roads and their location (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 124, as amended). A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Specification of Essential Terms of Contract with annexes. Subject of the contract: "Preparation of the design documentation for the reconstruction of the district road No. 2144K in Narama".2. 1,120 km in Narama along with delimitation of the road lane bordersThe following scope:a) roadway widening:b) designing new layers of surface structure in places where it will be necessary;c) building a pavement along with drainage and reconstruction of exits;d) reconstruction of intersections;e) reconstruction of street lighting;f) reconstruction of colliding land utilities;g) separation of necessary land for the task (if necessary);h) obtaining appropriate agreements and relevant administrative decisions required by the construction law.2The ranges are presented in the graphic appendices.3. For the whole task the road lane borders should be determined as of December 31, 1998.4The Contracting Authority allows for the division of individual tasks according to the procedure allowing for the execution of the task according to the scheme:a) the scope possible to execute within the framework of the construction works notification not requiring a building permit, together with the obtained arrangements and administrative decisions, a certificate of effective acceptance of the notification and a written statement that it is executed in accordance with the agreement, applicable regulations and standards and that it is issued in a complete state from the point of view of the purpose it is to serve;b) the remaining scope together with the appropriate final administrative decision allowing for the execution of the road investment.3Parameters:1. elements of reconstructed county roads should be designed in accordance with the applicable Ordinance of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of March 2, 1999 on technical conditions to be met by roads and their location for class Z roads. In case it is not possible to build a pavement of the recommended width, the Ordering Party allows for local restrictions in accordance with applicable regulations.2Technical parameters of the subject of the contract: a. technical class - road class "Z"; b. permissible axle load of the vehicle - 100 kN/weight; c. traffic category - KR3; d. width of roadways, sidewalks and pavements: in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 2 March 1999 on technical conditions to be met by roads and their location (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 124, as amended).
