Description

Carrying out the redevelopment of the Esplanade Orly 1-2 at Orly Airport. In the context of the renewal of Paris-Orly Airport, the ADP Group is planning the overhaul of the Orly 1.2.3 City processes. The operation is composed of three main projects:- Renovation of the P2 parking lot;- Reorganization of the existing functionalities at Arrivals 1-2-3 (subject of the present contract): Bus station, Taxis, Pre-registration, Drop-off, Pedestrian Esplanade;- Reorganization of the flows and facilities on the OL 1/2/3 Departure Viaduct in order to meet security requirements.The present contract includes 5 technical components:- Infrastructure - Roads and miscellaneous networks (VRD) - Structure - Works of Art (SOA) - Low Voltage Electricity (EBT) - Low Voltage Current (CFA) - Plumbing - Fire Protection (PB-PI) The contract includes 2 technical options.
This contract includes 5 technical components:- Infrastructure - Roads and other networks (VRD) - Structure - Works of Art (SOA) - Low Voltage Electricity (EBT) - Low Voltage Current (CFA) - Plumbing - Fire Protection (PB-PI) - Constraints of realization:The works will be carried out under operating constraints. The existing esplanade will remain open and in operation throughout the duration of the work (maintaining access and traffic flows of the existing bus station and cabs). The P2 parking lot (currently P3) will also remain open and in operation (for renters and passengers) on at least one level for each phase of the work, throughout the duration of the work (maintaining access and traffic flows). The management of the worksite in this environment and the preservation of all the related conditions of continuity of operation, including the associated logistics, signage and communication systems, are an integral part of the contract services.This consultation includes two technical options:- The first concerns the surfacing of the Orly 1-2 pedestrian forecourt and the Silo parking lot forecourt: sanded asphalt as an option instead of the sanded concrete planned as a basic option;- The second concerns the installation of photovoltaic films on the bus shelter canopies of the future bus station in order to power the lighting, instead of the power supplies planned from the dedicated electrical boxes.The bidder must submit a bid for these two technical options.The works will be carried out in interface with :- The contract for the renovation of the P2 parking lot;- The contract for the relocation of room A058 in the P2 parking lot;- The contract for the pedestrian directional signage;- The contract for the construction of the P3 Silo parking lot;- The contract for the securing of the OL1-2 façades;- The contract for the removal and installation of the Orly 1 and 2 totems;- The contract for the installation of the drivers' storage area in the P3 Silo parking lot;- The pre-cabling work for the equipment on the OL1-2 esplanade carried out by Aéroports de Paris' Information Systems Department;- The GTC connection work on the tripod masts carried out by Orly's maintenance services between 2022 and 2023.The contract includes all of the following services (non-exhaustive list):- Closure of the existing access ramps to the P2 parking lot (currently P3); Removal of the existing exit channels of the P2 parking lot (currently P3); Demolition of a payment room near the exit channels of the P2 parking lot (currently P3); Creation of 4 new emergency exits in the P2 parking lot (from level -3 to level 0); Stripping, resumption of waterproofing and expansion joints over the entire surface of the Arrival level; Creation of a bus station in contact with the P3 Silo parking lot (creation of roadways, sidewalks); Development of road access to the new bus station, including entrance channels; Supply and installation of street furniture; Creation of a new passenger drop-off area (creation of roadways, sidewalks, installation of equipment, etc.); Creation of new entrance channels to the new bus station (including entrance channels); Creation of a new parking lot (including entrance channels).); Creation of new entrance and exit channels for the drop-off area; Installation of two road-blockers to secure access to the pedestrian area (including intercom); Creation of a pedestrian area with landscaping on the Orly 1-2 esplanade; Creation of two new smoke extraction hoppers from level -1 of the P2 parking lot emerging on the new bus station; - Installation and adaptation of road and police directional signage; LV electrical distribution, lighting; CFA distribution, pre-wiring; Reworking of technical equipment (lighting, access barriers, intercom systems, etc.); Installation of technical equipment (lighting, access barriers, intercom systems, etc.)) ; Installation of equipment and connection of information terminals
