Canada - City of White Rock Engineering Consulting Services Civil RFP

The City of White Rock (“City”) invites consul􀆟ng engineering firms and/or engineering consultants alongwith sub-contracted services (hereinafter referred to as the “Proponent”) to submit a proposal for theprovision of Consul􀆟ng Engineering Services – Civil Engineering for the City on an “as and when”agreement for projects valued up to $75,000 as described in this proposal. The total annual contractvalue shall not exceed $250,000.00 plus GSTThe term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an op􀆟on in favor of the City toextend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for a successive one (1) year period,which shall be in effect for not more than two (2) renewal terms. The total length of any contractresulting from this proposal shall not exceed five (5) years.Entering an “as and when” consul􀆟ng service agreement with the City of White Rock will allow city staffto work directly with the proponent without the need to prepare separate requests for proposals foreach project under $75,000 over the term of the agreement. In addition, the City looks to establish andfoster a relationship with the successful Proponent’s organize on to support the City of White Rock’slong-term strategies and plans.
