Description

The City of Edmonton is requesting information from interested parties to enhance our sustainable procurement processes for the Corporate Procurement and Supply Services Branch (CPSS). To ensure the successful implementation of the policy's guiding principles, the City of Edmonton is reviewing possible services and solutions to ensure that contractors and suppliers comply with the policy requirements that are outlined in each contract. This may include achieving outcomes such as employment and subcontracting targets, training and skill development, social value considerations in supply chain, community development, provision of a living wage, and more. The proposed solution and potential accompanying services are expected to track the successful delivery of these requirements by the contractors and their subcontractors and address potential non-compliances.
