Description

Work includes Phase 1 Landfill Closure area grading including supply ofstructural grading materials; leachate control berm construction includingsupply of structural materials; removing debris from Phase 1 West PumpChamber; construction of landfill gas system extension with owner suppliedpipe and fittings; construction of leachate and stormwater systems with ownersupplied pipe and fittings; construction of stormwater ditches including supplyof riprap materials; install piping components to support the future relocation ofthe existing residential drop off stormwater oil/water separator tank and septicsystem; support services for geomembrane liner installation contractorincluding installation of some materials independent of liner contractor;installation of owner supplied topsoil; installation of supplied topsoil; and,hydroseeding. Provisional items include completion of the planned relocationof the existing residential drop off stormwater oil/water separator tank andseptic system. Contractor will also be required to serve as Prime Contractorcoordinating Health and Safety of other contractors working on site.A mandatory visit by tenderers to the Place of theWork is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on April 19, 2024.Representatives of the Owner, Engineer and ContractAdministrator will be in attendance. All tenderers mustattend the mandatory site visit.
