Description
Texas Labor Code ยง 302.0062 requires the TWC to prepare a strategic plan for improving the quality of the infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age child-care workforce in this state. TWC seeks to procure an entity to conduct data collection and analysis and assist with developing recommendations for the strategic plan. PHS will administer the procurement process for this Solicitation, which includes Solicitation publication, handling of communications from vendors, as well as managing the receipt of Proposals for review and evaluation.
