Description

The purpose of this public call for tenders is to select the candidates admitted to submit a tender for the consultation concerning the following services: supply and delivery of treatment products intended for human consumption in the Eau de Paris drinking water production sites (75, 77, 92 and 94). The procedure will allow the selection of a maximum of three contractors for each lot of the framework agreement. The framework agreement signed will give them the exclusive right to respond to subsequent contracts within the scope of this framework agreement after a call for competition and selection of the candidate proposing the most economically advantageous offer for each contract. The duration of the framework agreement is 48 months from the date of notification. The duration of the subsequent contracts will be from two to twelve months maximum, depending on requirements.
Supply and delivery of ferric chloride, with a concentration of 40 %, delivered in bulk by approximately 25 to 30 t for an estimated annual quantity of 1 000 to 4 000 t. Supply and delivery of polymers for an estimated annual quantity of 50 to 200 t: - polydadmac: delivered in bulk by about 8 to 15 t; - anionic polyacrylamides: delivered on pallets in 25 kg bags and in 750 kg big bags. Supply and delivery of powdered activated carbon (PAC): delivered in bulk by approximately 10 t or on pallets in 25 kg bags for an estimated annual quantity of 100 to 500 t. Supply and delivery of powdered activated carbon (CAP) specific to the crystal process: delivered in bulk by approximately 25 m3 for an estimated annual quantity of 8 to 72 t. Supply and delivery of sodium hypochlorite: concentration 150 g/l, delivered in bulk of approximately 2 to 25 t and in containers of 800 to 1 000 l for an estimated annual quantity of 500 to 1 500 t. Supply and delivery of crushed quicklime powder: delivered in bulk in quantities of approximately 15 t for an estimated annual quantity of 60 to 180 t. Supply and delivery of phosphoric acid, with a concentration of 75 %, delivered in bulk of approximately 2 to 15 t for an estimated annual quantity of 100 to 400 t. Supply and delivery of various water treatment products in an estimated total annual quantity of 500 to 1 500 t: - ferric chloride 40 %: delivered in bulk by approximately 8 to 10 t; - sodium bisulphite 35 %: delivered in bulk by approximately 0,5 to 6 t; - soda ash 30 %: delivered in bulk by about 1 to 30 t and in 800 or 1 000 l containers;- sulphuric acid 96 %: delivered in bulk by about 1 to 2 t and in 800 or 1 000 l containers;- softening salt 99,8 %: delivered on pallets in 25 kg bags;- other products or delivery types may be added.
