Description

The subject of the order is a successive supply of cuvette tests for the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The cuvette tests must be adapted to work on the Cadas 30S, XION-500 and DR2800 spectrophotometer (manufacturer: Dr Lange), and in particular they should have: 13 mm diameter and a barcode allowing automatic reading on the spectrophotometer. The subject matter of the contract includes delivery to the Orderer's seat: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment, Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, building HYDRO No. 20, second floor to laboratory 206. Detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the material and price form attached as Annex 3 to the ToR. Detailed provisions concerning the execution of the order are included in the model agreement constituting attachment No. 4 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is successive delivery of cuvette tests for the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the material and price form constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.2. The subject matter of the contract will be intended for the needs of didactic and service activities, scientific research and projects carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of the Gdańsk University of Technology, including projects co-financed by the European Union, in particular the projects entitled: 1) "Development of technology for preparation of substrates used in methane co-digestion with disintegration methods". (Dezmetan), task number 032831;2) "Baltic Beach Wrack - Conversion of a Nuisance To a Resource and Asset" - Contra, task number 033523;3) "Protecting Baltic Sea from untreated wastewater spillages during flood events in urban areas. - NOAH, task no. 033463;4) "Identification, characterization and modelling of the COMAMMOX process - a new cell in the nitrogen cycle in sewage treatment systems", task no. 033337;5) "Factors affecting the competitiveness of diversified nitrifying bacteria AOB-NOB in systems with shortened nitrogen removal path", task no. 033368;6. 'Water Innovation System Amplifier' - WISA, task number 033941;7. 'Integrated system for SImultaneous Recovery of ENergy, organics and Nutrients and generation of valuable products from municipal wastewater' - SIREN, task number 034388;8) Anaerobic biorefinery for resource recovery from waste feedstock - WasteValue;9) Research on the processes of removing biogenic compounds, selected heavy metals and arsenic in the systems of floating hydrophytic islands fed by surface run-off from agricultural and urban areas - decision of the Director of the National Science Centre No DEC-2019/35/N/ST8/01134 and other tasks carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of the Gdańsk University of Technology.3The subject matter of the contract includes delivery to the seat of the Contracting Authority: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment, Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, HYDRO building No. 20, second floor to laboratory 206.4. The subject of the contract must be brand new, originating from current production, free from any defects and damages, without prior exploitation and may not be subject to third party rights.5With the delivery, the Contractor is obliged to attach safety data sheets in Polish, in a paper version (1 copy) or in an electronic version to the e-mail address indicated in the contract.6 The Purchaser requires that the tests are delivered in original packaging, in accordance with applicable regulations on packaging of chemical reagents.7Tests should be delivered by the Contractor in packaging protecting against damage, contamination and allowing for storage during the warranty period specified by the manufacturer in the safety data sheet.9 The Ordering Party requires that at the time of delivery the validity period of the tests be not less than 80% of the validity period from the date of production.10 The subject matter of the contract shall be delivered successively.11 The Ordering Party provides for deliveries not more than once a month. In cases of urgent demand for cuvette tests related to the performance of scientific research, the number of deliveries per month may change.12. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the right of option: up to 100% of the basic contract amount in the case of increased demand for cuvette tests being the subject of the contract.13. Detailed provisions concerning the performance of the subject of the contract have been included in the model contract, which constitutes Annex 4 to the ToR.
