Description
The subject matter of the present order is successive delivery of specialized chemical reagents for scientific research and teaching activities to the organizational units of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.2. - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also a price form.3. The offered reagents must have a minimum 6-month shelf life specified by the manufacturer, excluding reagents for which the manufacturer or the purchaser has reserved a shorter or longer shelf life.
1.Since it is not possible to foresee the purchase of specific quantities from those specified in the description of the subject of the contract, the ordering party specified one piece of each product. During the execution of the contract, the purchaser reserves the right to order more than the quantity specified by the purchaser in the individual items in the description of the subject of the contract/price form or not to purchase the item at all, but declares that it will purchase the reagents specified in Appendix 1 in at least 5%.(2) The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent bids in accordance with Article 99 (5) of the PPL, however the requirements given by the Contracting Authority and the technical parameters defining the subject matter of the contract are minimal conditions which the Contracting Authority will expect to be met. A contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In such a case, the contractor shall attach to the bid a list of equivalent solutions adequately with its description or standards.3.RODO - the entire text can be found in the section of the SWZ (Protection of personal data collected by the contracting authority in the course of the proceedings).4.The contracting authority declares that it complies with the requirements set forth in Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(Official Journal of the EU L 119 of May 4, 2016) - hereinafter:RODO - thus personal data provided by the Contractor will be processed in accordance with RODO and in accordance with national legislation. 5.The administrator of your personal data is the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, 2 M.Oczapowskiego Street, 10-957 Olsztyn, NIP 739-30-33-097. 6.The Contractor's personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO for the purpose related to the subject public procurement procedure; 4.The recipients of the personal data provided by the Contractor will be persons or entities to whom the documentation of the proceedings will be made available in accordance with Article 8 and Article 96 (3) of the PPL Act, as well as Article 6 of the Act of September 6, 2001 on access to public information.7..The Contractor's personal data contained in the record of the proceedings will be kept for a period of 4 years from the date of completion of the procurement proceedings. If the duration of the contract exceeds 4 3 / 7 years, the storage period covers the entire duration of the contract. 8.The information clause referred to in Article 13(1) and (2) of the RODO can be found in Appendix 2 to the SWZ. 9.The Contracting Authority does not plan to process the Contractor's personal data for any purpose other than the purpose specified in letter b above. If the Controller plans to process personal data for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected (i.e., the purpose specified in letter b above), the Controller shall, prior to such further processing, inform the data subject of such other purpose and provide the data subject with all other relevant information referred to in Article 13(2) of the RODO. (8) The Contractor shall, in connection with its participation in the subject proceedings, comply with all formal legal obligations required by the RODO and related to participation in the subject procurement proceedings
