1) The subject of the order is successive (in batches as needed) supply of chemical reagents. The anticipated assortment and quantities of reagents are specified in Appendix No. 2 - Assortment and Price Form, subject to item 4.2) The offered reagents must be brand new and from current production (i.e. they have been manufactured no earlier than 12 months prior to the date of acceptance of the subject of the order) and have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, except for those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has reserved a shorter shelf life. Reagents should be free from physical and legal defects and have all relevant certificates and certificates confirming the release of the supplied product for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland.3) The scope of the order includes: delivery of reagents, their transport, unloading and bringing them to the place of destination.4) The subject of the order, specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, has been drawn up on the basis of an analysis of deliveries made in the last 12 months, within the framework of dozens of ongoing research programs, the continuation of which requires the absolute use of reagents from the same manufacturer. However, the analysis of deliveries carried out in previous years shows that the predictability (repeatability of quantity and assortment) is at the level of about 40%. Often, it is necessary to change reagents during the course of the tests. Taking into account the above, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject of the contract specified as to the type (assortment) listed in Appendix No. 2, as well as to limit the subject of the contract due to needs that the Ordering Party is not able to strictly predict at the stage of the proceedings, as well as within the framework of the contract, the Ordering Party will be able to purchase other than those specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ required reagents belonging to the same category, provided that the total value of the ordered reagents will not exceed the value of the contract, determined on the basis of the accepted best offer.5) The Contractor shall execute the subject of the contract according to the current needs of the Ordering Party on the basis of orders, for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the value of the contract is exhausted , whichever occurs first. 6) Deadline for delivery of the ordered batch of reagents: a) Maximum delivery period: up to 30 days from the date of placing an order by the Ordering Party, the Contractor may shorten the delivery period in relation to the required period indicated above. A bid providing for a shorter delivery date will receive points in the evaluation of bids using the criterion for selection of the most advantageous bid.b) In the case of chemical reagents requiring relevant permits, i.e. narcotic substances, substances of strategic importance, ozone depleting substances, etc., the Contractor shall deliver and unload the batch of reagents. - The Contractor shall deliver and unload within no more than 28 days from the date of delivery of the aforementioned permits to the Contractor.7) Minimum warranty period required: the quality warranty shall be for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the protocol of quantitative and qualitative acceptance , excluding those reagents for which the manufacturer has reserved a shorter expiration date .8) Minimum payment period: 14 days.
