Description

The research centres UMR1043 - CPTP, UMR1220 - IRSD, UMR 1048 - I2MC and UMR1037 - CRCT are composed of several teams working on the same theme but on different research axes. In order to satisfy the needs of these teams, the 4 research centres wish to receive within their respective stores, a set of products within the framework of a "Stock Depot" and/or a "Stock Consignment". This consultation concerns the provision and supply of: - MA.0 Microscopy: equipment and consumables for sample preparation for microscopy, - NA.0 chemistry and biology: solvents, - NA.1 chemistry and biology: radioactive and non-radioactive isotopic products, - NA.2 chemistry and biology: chemical and biochemical hygiene products, - NA.3 biology: biomolecular marking and detection products, - NA.4 biology: antibodies and immunohistology and histochemistry reagents, - NA.5 biology: isolation, purification and synthesis of biomolecules, - NA.7 biology: products for cell culture and microbiology, - NA.8 biology: products for cell biology and microbiology, - NB.2 chemistry and biology: consumables for the separation and transfer of molecules. The consultation procedure is an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles 66 to 68 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. The resulting contract may be supplemented, in the course of its performance, by a negotiated contract(s) as provided for in Article 30 I - 7º of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 for the provision of similar services. This tender procedure will result in the conclusion of a: framework agreement, in accordance with Article 78 of the Decree of 25.3.2016; this framework agreement will result in the issue of purchase orders, under the conditions set out in Article 80 of the Decree of 25.3.2016. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum or maximum amount in value and quantity. Several holders may be selected for the same services, due to the diversity of technical constraints. The framework agreement sets out all contractual provisions, and purchase orders are issued without prior negotiation or reopening of competition between the holders, in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement is 12 months from the date indicated in the notification letter. The framework agreement is renewable 3 times by tacit renewal, for a total duration of 4 years. The period of each renewal is 12 months. The holder may not refuse the renewal. The decision not to renew will be taken by the public purchaser within a maximum period of 3 months before the expiry of the framework agreement. The decision to renew or not to renew does not entitle the holder to any compensation. This consultation is composed of 6 different lots.
