Description

Charter of an ocean-going vessel to designate the secondary waterway (setting of pricks) of the WSA Weser-Jade-North Sea, by water engineering teams of the AG on a weekly basis. The area of operation is the Wadden Sea tidelands and National Park, between Kaiserbalje (westernmost area) and Oxstedter Tief (north-easternmost area). The charter ship must be equipped with accommodation and rooms for at least 6 persons of the AG including mess, multi-purpose rooms, drying room, galley for self-catering, refrigerators/freezers, sanitary facilities. The chartered ship must be moored in the vicinity of the locations chosen by the AG. In accordance with the Ship's Crew Ordinance, a 24-hour service must be guaranteed, including securing the rescue chain and a person capable of keeping watch, for carrying out the relocation ordered. The ship must be a seagoing vessel (not an inland waterway vessel), max. draught 1.60 m, freeboard: max. 1.20 m. AIS must be on board. A loading crane on board must lift at least 2.5 t to load the cargo from/to land and from/to water. Beacons are handled in bundles or as individual pieces with birch bush, work boats, mobile tank and small equipment. Loading operations must be able to take place in the port area, at sea and in the mudflats. The Contractor must be able to unload, haul in and stow on deck workboats and material for the operations in the AG's sea and tidal flats using his own loading crane on board, and the AG must be able to unload, haul in and stow on deck workboats and material for the operations. Remaining material (beacons left over from the daytime operation and old recovered beacon stumps) shall be stowed on deck. The seagoing vessel must have a flat bottom. Drying out in the mudflats must be guaranteed without restrictions. The ocean-going vessel must have at least one air-cooled auxiliary diesel to be able to dry out. The auxiliary diesels must not interfere with rest periods and night rest in rest areas and trade fairs. A wastewater treatment plant must be available. The vessel must be self-propelled, with a permanent German-speaking crew and the nautical personnel must have knowledge of the area, for the mudflat water areas "Kaiserbalje", "Fedderwarder Priel", "Mittelpriel", "Weser-Elbe-Wattfahrwasser", federal waterway "Weser".
