Procurement of hardwareIn the context of the eMIND project, a maximum of 232 AC charging points or wallboxes with approximately 342 charging points are to be installed. The minimum purchase quantity is a number of wallboxes and charging points with a total of 140 charging points, although their distribution among the types of equipment is still open; an infrastructure for slow to medium-speed charging with up to 22 KWh of charging mode 3 (alternating current) is to be implemented. At some locations, the charging infrastructure for charging processes will be provided by company vehicles. The billing of electricity costs is not necessary in these cases. For this reason, charging infrastructure that does not conform to calibration law is also required within the scope of the invitation to tender.installationThe contractor also carries out all the necessary civil engineering work to connect the charging infrastructure to the power supply.In its tender, the contractor presents prices for the construction services to be provided (surface work and civil engineering work) and states fixed prices per running metre.optional operationFor the operation of the charging infrastructure (LIS), a price query is made in this invitation to tender. It is stipulated in the contract that the contractor offers the interested companies (maximum 38 companies) from the above-mentioned project the required minimum services for the operation of the LIS at the submitted price for a period of at least 36 months. At the request of the companies using the charging infrastructure, the contractor shall provide the billing of charging processes to third parties (e.g. employees, external third parties) in accordance with calibration law.
