Description

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of gas condensing boilers together with the design and execution of internal gas installations and automatic biomass-fired boilers in single-family buildings in the municipality of Sanok, which is carried out under the project "Municipality of Sanok without smog - replacement of central heating boilers and furnaces".
1) Dismantling, taking outdoors and handing over to the resident for disposal the existing solid fuel boilers - pcs. 44,2) Dismantling, taking outdoors and handing over for disposal to the resident of the existing hot water reservoirs. - pcs. 44,3) Development of a design for internal gas installation and installation of a condensing boiler together with a chimney insert with obtaining a building permit for buildings covered by the design - pcs. 44.4) While preparing the design, chimney sweep expertise should be taken into account (cost of chimney sweep inspection on the resident side)5) Execution of the internal gas installation in accordance with the design pcs. 44,6) Installation of a gas boiler in a way enabling its operation with the existing central heating and hot water installation in the building pcs. 44,7) Installation of acid-resistant stainless steel chimney inserts intended for gas condensing boilers pcs. 44,8) Closing the central heating system in the buildings covered by the project.9) Connecting the boiler to a properly earthed and secured electrical socket (cost of making the socket on the resident's side)10) The internal water and central heating installation should be equipped with mesh filters. Mesh filter on the return of the heating medium should be installed on a horizontal section of the installation. Ball valves should be installed in front of and behind the filter to facilitate cleaning and replacement of the filter.11) Installed boilers with tanks will have a protection against scalding of water flowing out of the tank into the installation or the Contractor will install such a protection at his own expense.12) Protection against scalding for the existing hot water tanks is performed by the residents at their own expense, if necessary (at the express request of the resident)13) Protection against corrosion of the pipelines within the boiler room and proper insulation of the pipelines within the boiler room in accordance with the applicable standards.1415) Installation of internet control module, if applicable, on the boiler equipment (if applicable).16) Installation of external temperature sensor for weather control on the boiler equipment (if applicable).17) Installation of chimney insert and connection of the boiler to the flue gas - air duct in accordance with the design and requirements included in the applicable standards.18) Performing the necessary punctures and drillings in order to properly install the gas boiler room.19) Performing the works related to the proper protection of installation passages through the walls of the building in the places of installation.20) Bricklaying and piercing through the walls and smoothing the repaired surfaces.21) Performing the required tightness tests of the performed installation.22) Testing the boiler with a flue gas analyser combined with boiler regulation - test result attached to the acceptance protocol.23) Filling the heating system with treated water in accordance with the standards and requirements of the manufacturer.24) Carrying out installation start-up25) Carrying out the required checks, cold and hot installation tests.26) Other not mentioned installation, construction and assembly works necessary for proper execution and functioning of central heating and hot water installations in buildings covered by this project.27) Training of residents in safe and correct operation of installed gas condensing boilers and in the principles of basic maintenance of equipment that residents can perform on their own - training confirmed by the resident's declaration.28) Providing residents with operating instructions for the boiler room with a gas condensing boiler.29) Carrying out partial acceptance and final acceptance of the installation.30) Providing as-built documentation with all protocols, approvals for individual equipment and materials, hygiene certificates. 1) Dismantling, taking outdoors and handing over to the resident of the existing solid fuel boilers for disposal. 43,2) Dismantling, taking outdoors and handing over to the resident for disposal the existing hot water tanks pcs. 29,3) Preparation of an individual concept for the construction of an automatic biomass-fired boiler house, agreeing on the concept with the resident and obtaining a positive opinion of the Supervision Inspector,4) When preparing the concept for the construction of a biomass-fired boiler house, chimney sweep expertise should be taken into account (cost of chimney sweep inspection on the resident's side),5) Installation of automatic biomass-fired boilers pcs. 43,6) Chimney inserts for premium biomass-fired boilers (premium boilers, condensing boilers) up to 150mm diameter pcs. 23.7) Installation of hot water storage tanks for biomass boilers pcs. 29,8) Installation of a new boiler and connecting it to the existing central heating and hot water installations, including the ones necessary for proper functioning of the installation in automatic mode.9) Installation of a boiler return temperature protection unit, based on the existing concept, technical documentation and boiler DTR using a three-way valve with an actuator and boiler mixing pump.10) Installation of a flue pipe to the flue pipe.11) Installation of the boiler controller with external and room temperature sensors, sensors necessary to cooperate with the central heating installation, hot water, three-way valve regulation, wiring for proper operation of the installation, with the possibility of expansion with a WiFi communication module for remote operation and reading data from the Internet from any device with Internet access and a popular Internet browser installed (if required for a given type of installation)12) Execution of thermal insulation in accordance with applicable standards.13) Performing installation flushing and pressure tests of the installation.14) Start-up of the installation and participation in technical acceptance.15) Restoring to the original state of any damaged surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or violated as a result of installation installation.16) Training the user in the correct and safe operation of the installation and its ongoing maintenance.17) Providing the Customer with as-built installation documentation,18) Other not mentioned installation, construction and assembly works necessary for the proper execution and functioning of central heating and hot water installations in buildings covered by this project.
