Description

The intervention consists in the design and execution of the works indicated in the project technical and economic feasibility to be carried out at the cemetery of the urban center of the Municipality of Bitonto and the cemeteries of the hamlets of Palombaio and Mariotto, consisting, specifically:1) final and executive design of the works instrumental to the management of the services under concession; 2) supervision of the works, safety coordination during the execution phase and related technical activities related to the execution of the intervention with the use of professionals selected by the contracting station; 3) adjustment of the votive electrical and public lighting systems in the cemetery areas of the Municipality of Bitonto and the hamlets; 4) adjustment, modernization and extension of public lighting of the cemetery of Bitonto: lighting avenues, restoration of artistic lighting in the "ossuary square" of the cemetery of Bitonto centre and lighting of the main areas of the ossuary and skylights, scenic lighting of the "funeral monument";5) relamping of the cemeteries of the Municipality of Bitonto;6) realization of the video surveillance system; 7) realization of the sound diffusion system; 8) realization of photovoltaic system; 9) waterproofing of the columbarium floors of the new cemetery area and paving of the attic of the two columbariums on which the photovoltaic system will be installed;10) arrangement of the paving of the entrance area of the cemetery of Mariotto; 11) redevelopment of the church of the cemetery of Bitonto central; replacement of lighting fixtures; lighting staircase and access; structural restoration of the deteriorated reinforced concrete; cleaning and repainting of the facade; 12) adaptation of the electrical system of the local custodian, mortuary and bathrooms; 13) installation of local air conditioning and front office.Due to the characteristics and type of the works provided for by the technical and economic feasibility project, pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the concessionaire will draw up two levels of final and executive design, which must obligatorily contain all the elements prescribed by Presidential Decree no. 207/2010, as referred to in art. 216, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, with reference to the final design and executive design of the works.Type of services required:The concessionaire shall assume the management of at least the following services:- ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service on all existing votive lighting systems in cemetery structures,- ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service on existing public lighting systems or future construction of cemetery structures, video surveillance and sound diffusion systems,- 20-year management service of the votive lighting service, including the collection of fees, in all cemetery areas including newsstands, private and confraternity chapels,- creation and management of computerized database.
