CISSS DES LAURENTIDES

The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) des Laurentides provides services throughout the region, in the following eight regional county municipalities (MRCs):

- Antoine-Labelle
- Laurentides
- Pays-d'en-Haut
- Rivière-du-Nord
- Thérèse-De Blainville
- Deux-Montagnes
- Mirabel
- Argenteuil

Created since April 1, 2015, the CISSS des Laurentides is the result of the merger of 12 establishments, including the CSSSs, youth center and rehabilitation centers in the Laurentians region.

PURPOSE

CISSS des Laurentides requires a catering service for one of its residential centers for the DPJ. This center has 28 minor users and this number will probably increase during the term of the agreement, which has not yet been determined.
The agreement will be for a total of ELEVEN (11) months, i.e. SIX (6) firm months, plus FIVE (5) additional options of ONE (1) month each. From June 5, 2024 to May 21, 2025 (including options).

The contract will be subject to ACCQO, ALEC. No bid security is required.

The deadline for receipt of complaints under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOP) is April 19, 2024.

Tender documents can only be obtained via the electronic tendering system.

CLOSING OF BIDS
Tender documents will be received until Monday, April 29, 2024, 1:30 p.m., Quebec time, at the following address CISSS des Laurentides, Service des approvisionnements, 1000 rue Labelle, Porte 2, Saint-Jérôme (Québec) J7Z 5N6. Tenders may also be submitted electronically, but only via the electronic tendering system.

TENDER OPENING
Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at the same place, on the same day, at the same time.

ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS
CISSS des Laurentides does not undertake to accept any of the bids received in connection with the Call for Tenders.
