This requirement’s tendering approach is selective and involves the use of the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) E60ZT-16TSPS Tier 1 (< $2M) pre-qualified supplier's list.

Canada only accepts proposals from suppliers that are qualified on ALL the categories & levels below.

Only the following selected TSPS SA Holders currently holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 under the E60ZT-18TSPS series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement process.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award Date for 2 years.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing or by telephone.

1. This solicitation document is available in PDF format only.

2. The Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is subject to quarterly refresh cycles. If you wish to find out how you can be a “Qualified SA Holder”, please contact SPTS.TSPS@TPSGC-PWGSC.GC.CA.

3. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. To submit a bid using epost Connect service, the Bidder must either i) send directly its bid only to the specified PWGSC Bid Receiving Unit, using its own licensing agreement for epost Connect provided by Canada Post Corporation; or ii) if the Bidder does not have its own licensing agreement for epost Connect, they will have to request to open an epost Connect conversation by emailing PWGSC Bid Receiving Unit at tpsgc.dgareceptiondessoumissions-abbidreceiving.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca . This should be sent as early as possible, and in any case, at least six business days prior to the solicitation closing date and time (in order to ensure a response). Requests to open an epost Connect conversation received after that time may not be answered.
