INVITATION TO BID Pennsylvania Western UniversityClarion CampusCL-830  Carlson Library Roof ReplacementPenn West University, Clarion Campus of the PA State System of HigherEducation invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project.Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:Work included under this Project consists of approximately 30,000 square feet of roof replacement at the PennWest Clarion, Carlson Library. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the roof system, partial or full removal of the insulation, and replacement of damaged or deteriorated insulation. Provide insulation, EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 20-year warranty. Alternate bids include roof areas added to the scope of work and EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work.Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education and the University. A non-mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on March 27, 2024, at 10:00AM, at the Carlson Library, Wood Street, Level A, located in Clarion, PA 16214.  The Pre-Bid Conference is non-mandatory.Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST on April 19, 2024, through PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint located at http://seller.ariba.com.The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com.
