Description

The Land Registry is looking for a contractor who can continuously support it in answering the diverse demand for assessments. The Land Registry is looking for a contractor who is willing to operate independently as an extension of the services provided by the O&HRM management. Commencement and duration of the framework agreementThe Land Registry intends to conclude a framework agreement with one tenderer for a period of one (1) year with the option of three (3) extensions of one (1) year. The intended starting date of the framework agreement is 1.10.2020.
The Land Registry is looking for a contractor who can continuously support it in answering the various demands for assessments. The Land Registry Office estimates the value of the framework agreement at a maximum of EUR 700,000 including VAT. This is an indication based on historical data. However, the Land Registry Office cannot guarantee the number of assignments to be awarded and the expected turnover for the coming contract period. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from the figures provided in this tender document.Commencement and duration of the framework agreementThe Land Registry intends to conclude a framework agreement with one tenderer for a period of one (1) year with the option of three (3) times the option of renewal by one (1) year. The intended starting date of the framework agreement is 1.10.2020.
